Experience a thrilling 4WD ride through the vast desert and sand dunes as you marvel at the seemingly endless scenery. Visit a camel farm before settling at the campsite to watch the beautiful desert sunset.

Enjoy a traditional costume fitting and other fun activities at the campsite. Enjoy sandboarding down the desert slopes, having a try at a shisha/hookah, be given an intricately designed henna tattoo.

Spend a night out in the cool desert and indulge in a flavorful Arabian open BBQ dinner with a live shawarma and dessert station. Enjoy a tantalizing belly dance, Tanoura, and fire dance show with your meal.

Lay under a blanket of stars above the Arabian desert as you spend a night in the campsite. If you are a solo traveler, there may be cases where you may be the only customer on the campsite. Please be assured that there will always be at least 1 staff member at the campsite for your assistance.

Restrictions

  • Children 5 years old and above can participate in this activity.
  • Guests with heart and cardiovascular issues are not permitted to participate in this activity.
  • Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
  • Guests with neck, back or joint problems are not permitted to participate in this activity.
  • If less than 4 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
  • People 70 years old and above can not participate in this activity.

Additional Notes

  • The desert safari will be held on a 4WD with air conditioning and will have a maximum of 6 person and 1 driver on board.
  • There is a toilet available in the campsite. A simple shower is installed according to gender, but please understand that it will be only a cold water shower. Those who wish to use it, please bring your own towels and amenities.
  • Please note that alcoholic drinks and entertainment activities, such as belly dancing, may be canceled during Islamic holidays or due to governmental notifications, however, there will be no refunds.
  • If pick-up time changes on the day of your tour due to traffic and other instances, you will be getting a call on your provided cellphone number or the hotel you are staying at.
  • Traditional costumes are only for trial fitting. You can not participate in activities, watch performances, eat or drink in the costumes.
  • All camels used for rides undergo a periodic inspection every 3 months with the Dubai government and have a license for the safety of each customer.
  • The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
  • Please avoid taking photos of police officers, police cars, military personnel, military equipment, and local people wearing black and white national costumes. It is prohibited in the United Arab Emirates.
